3PL costs come down to a handful of buckets: pick and pack per order, storage, returns processing, inbound receiving, and postage. What separates 3PLs is not the buckets, it is what hides between them. Valley's model is simple: you are only ever charged for what you actually use. No setup fees, no account maintenance fees, no surprise line items. Every charge on a Valley invoice ties directly to something Valley did for your brand. Full transparency, every month. The fastest way to see what Valley would cost your specific operation is to use the rate calculator. It builds an estimate based on your actual volume, SKU count, and order profile.

PRICING & FEES

Pick and pack fees at Valley start at $2.00 per order. Your actual rate is based on product complexity, special handling requirements, and monthly order volume, and it is confirmed once we understand your brand and products. Additional units beyond the first in an order are $0.25 each. SOP tasks, such as inserts, custom folding, gift wrapping, and branded presentation steps, are $0.25 per task per order. Volume rates apply at 5,000+ orders per month. Valley does not quote a single flat rate for all clients because product complexity genuinely affects what it takes to fulfill an order accurately. A simple mailer product and a complex supplement kit with inserts and FIFO requirements are different jobs. Pricing them identically would not be honest.

No. Valley charges $0 in setup fees and $0 in account maintenance fees. There are no onboarding charges, no integration fees, and no recurring account fees beyond the services you actually use. Every line item on a Valley invoice is tied to something Valley did, whether it is an order picked, a pallet stored, or a return processed. Nothing else.

Valley partners with brands from a $1,000/month fulfillment spend. There is no order-count requirement. The threshold is about making sure the partnership genuinely works for your brand and ours. Not at $1,000/month yet but just getting started? We would still love to hear from you. Valley was built by founders who remember exactly what the early days feel like. Reach out and let's talk about where you are headed.

Storage at Valley is priced by the space your inventory actually occupies, including pallet storage for bulk inventory, Quick Pick shelving for fast-moving SKUs, and bin storage where it fits your catalog. You pay for the footprint you use, not a per-unit rate that becomes unpredictable as your SKU count grows. Your storage rate depends on your product profile and volume. Standard pallets price differently than oversized, heavy, or high-value inventory. The fastest way to see what storage would run for your operation is the rate calculator.

Valley uses live-rate postage shopping on every single order. Our warehouse management system selects the lowest qualified carrier and service level for each shipment based on the actual weight, dimensions, and destination zone. We do not lock clients into a single negotiated bulk rate that may or may not be competitive for their specific order profile. This approach typically saves brands 10 to 25% on postage compared to standard 3PL bulk rate structures. This is because the system is optimizing for each order individually rather than averaging across all shipments. Final postage on every order is based on actual weight, dimensions, and destination zone. Because the system optimizes each order individually, most brands see meaningful savings the first month. Want to see what postage looks like for your specific order profile? Reach out with your typical weights and destinations and Valley will run the numbers for you.

Valley operates on a prefunded digital wallet model. Clients maintain a balance that is drawn down as services are used, such as pick and pack, storage, postage, and returns. There is no credit extended and no surprise invoices at month end. This model keeps billing completely transparent. Every transaction is visible in real time. You always know exactly what you have spent and what your balance is before the invoice arrives.

No long-term contracts. Valley does not lock brands into multi-year commitments. The relationship works because the operation works, not because leaving is difficult. Valley's 100% client retention rate is not the result of contracts. It is the result of a fulfillment operation that actually performs. Every brand that has started with Valley is still here because they choose to be.

GETTING STARTED

The process is straightforward. Submit an estimate request or reach out directly. The Valley team reviews every submission personally and responds within one business day. From there, onboarding moves in three parallel tracks: your SOP is documented, your store integration is connected, and your inventory is shipped to the Peoria facility. Average time from signed agreement to first shipment is seven days. For more complex operations, such as high SKU counts, special handling requirements, or large inbound volumes, that timeline may extend, and your dedicated contact will confirm an accurate schedule upfront. Start here: Get your estimate or schedule a tour. We would love to show you around.

Seven days on average from signed agreement to first shipment. SOP build and store integration setup run in parallel with your inventory in transit. By the time your product arrives, the operation is ready for it. Timelines vary based on product complexity, inbound receiving volume, and the number of channels being integrated. Your dedicated contact confirms an accurate go-live date during onboarding before any commitments are made.

Switching 3PLs is one of the most common things Valley helps brands navigate. The general process: Valley is set up and integrated with your store before your inventory moves. You arrange for your current 3PL to ship your inventory to Valley's Peoria facility. Valley receives it, inspects it, logs it, and your channels are switched over. The goal is zero downtime. Your orders keep shipping from your current 3PL until Valley is live and confirmed. Many brands run both operations briefly during transition to make sure everything works before fully cutting over. If you are switching from a 3PL that is causing problems right now, call or email directly. The Valley team has helped brands through urgent transitions and can move fast when the situation requires it.

During onboarding, Valley provides a full inbound guide covering labeling requirements, packing standards, and how to prepare your shipment. The key things to have ready: a SKU list with descriptions, your preferred packaging and presentation standards, any special handling requirements, and your store integration credentials. Valley builds your SOP from this information before your inventory arrives. If your products have lot numbers, expiration dates, or other compliance requirements, those are documented and built into the receiving process during onboarding.

Yes, and it is actually the recommended approach. Valley sets up in parallel with your existing operation. Integration, SOP, and inbound receiving are all completed before you redirect any orders. Once Valley is live and a test order is confirmed, you switch your channels over and wind down the previous operation at your own pace. Running both briefly during transition protects you from any gap in fulfillment and gives you confidence that Valley is performing before you fully commit.

The essentials: what the product is, how it ships (dimensions, weight, fragility), your SKU count, any special handling or compliance requirements (lot tracking, FIFO, temperature sensitivity, hazmat classification), and your approximate monthly order volume. The more context Valley has upfront, the more accurately your SOP can be built before the first box arrives. There are no surprises on either side when the setup is done properly. That is exactly what onboarding is designed for.

OPERATIONS & ACCURACY

Valley's accuracy comes from a specific process that eliminates error at every step, not from hoping it does not happen. Every order is scanned at pick against your SKU and verified at the pack station before sealing. Pick-and-pack orders are recorded on camera from pack to close. The camera matters more than people expect. A fulfillment team that knows its work is on record picks more carefully. It is not just accountability. It is a behavioral standard that maintains itself across every shift, every volume level, and every new SKU. This process was built and proven on Lash Affair, a 300+ SKU beauty catalog of near-identical products where a 4% error rate at previous 3PLs dropped to 99.98% at Valley. That result became the floor for every brand on the Valley roster.

If a client or customer reports a wrong order, Valley pulls the pack station footage for that order. The footage shows exactly what was picked, packed, and sealed. Most disputes resolve within one conversation. If Valley made the error, Valley owns it and makes it right immediately. If the footage shows the order was packed correctly, that information resolves the dispute on the client's end without requiring a judgment call. The camera protects everyone.

Valley's warehouse management system provides real-time inventory visibility from the moment your product is received. You can see on-hand quantities, inbound receipts, and order history at any time without calling to ask. Inventory updates happen automatically as orders ship, returns are processed, and inbound stock is received. What the system shows reflects reality. There is no lag and no manual reconciliation required on your end.

Valley's same-day processing cutoff is 12:00 PM MST. Orders placed before noon MST are processed and shipped the same day. Valley does not guarantee same-day delivery, as that depends on the carrier and destination, but every order is guaranteed to ship well within 24 hours of placement. This standard is what keeps Valley compliant with all major retail and marketplace partners that have performance shipping requirements. For retailers with tighter fulfillment windows like Costco dropship, Valley's SOPs are built specifically around those deadlines so compliance is maintained without exception.

Returns are received, inspected, and photographed on arrival. Every returned item is logged against the original order and assessed for restockability. Restockable items go back into available inventory the same day. Non-restockable items are flagged with documentation and photos. You receive a clean report on every return batch. Returns processing starts at $2.00, with pricing based on your unique SOP. Additional tasks such as refurbishing, restocking, and inspection are billed at $0.25 per task. Valley does not restock consumable supplements or food products without explicit client instruction regardless of apparent condition.

If you are a client, yes. It is your inventory and you are always welcome. Just give us a buzz and let us know you are swinging by so the right people are on the floor when you arrive. Not a client yet? Schedule a visit and we would be happy to show you around. You can see the operation, watch an order get packed, and meet the team. Most 3PLs do not want you seeing inside. Valley actively encourages it. 8957 W. Windsor Drive, Suite 116, Peoria, AZ.

INTEGRATIONS & CHANNELS

Valley integrates directly with Shopify, Amazon, TikTok Shop, Walmart Marketplace, WooCommerce, and BigCommerce. For retail distribution, Valley connects to Costco DSV, Chewy, Target, and thousands of other retail trading partners through EDI-compliant integration. All integrations are live and automated. Orders sync in, tracking pushes back out, and inventory updates in real time. No manual imports, no CSV exports, no lag between your store and the warehouse floor. If you sell on a platform not listed, reach out. Valley's warehouse management system connects with most major ecommerce platforms.

Yes. Valley does not just integrate with TikTok Shop, Valley sells on it. Wellmist, Valley's own vitamin spray brand, fulfills through TikTok Shop via the same live integration every single day. This matters because TikTok Shop has its own compliance rules, shop health scoring, and seller rating system. A 3PL that treats TikTok Shop like any other channel will cost you your standing on the platform. Valley understands these requirements from the inside because our own brands operate under them. Shop health protection is built into every TikTok Shop order. Speed, accuracy, and tracking upload timing are part of Valley's standard process, not a premium add-on.

Yes. All of your channels, including Shopify, Amazon, TikTok Shop, Walmart, Costco, Chewy, wholesale, and more, ship from one Valley inventory pool, managed by one team, under one roof. You do not need a separate 3PL for each channel or a separate inventory allocation per platform. One operation handles everything. Inventory levels update across all channels simultaneously as orders ship and inbound stock is received.

Yes. Valley handles EDI-compliant fulfillment for major retailers including Costco DSV, Chewy, Walmart Marketplace, Target, and thousands of other retail trading partners. Order receipt, shipment confirmation, and all required data transmission happen automatically. Retailer compliance covering labeling standards, delivery windows, and packaging requirements is built into each retailer's SOP and maintained on every shipment. When a retailer updates its requirements, Valley's SOPs update with them.

Valley specializes in Amazon Fulfilled by Merchant (FBM). Every Amazon FBM order ships within Amazon's required handling window, protecting your late shipment rate, valid tracking rate, and cancellation rate. Valley can serve as your primary FBM operation or as FBA backup when FBA stock-outs occur. For FBA prep services, such as sending inventory into Amazon's fulfillment network with Amazon's specific labeling and packaging requirements, speak to your Valley account contact about current FBA prep availability.

Yes. B2B wholesale orders and DTC orders ship from the same Valley inventory pool with different SOPs as required. Wholesale-specific requirements like pallet builds, retailer labeling, and net terms documentation are handled by the same team that handles your DTC orders. You do not need to split your inventory or manage multiple fulfillment relationships. One operation, all channels.

SPECIALIZED CATEGORIES

Yes. Supplements and vitamins are one of Valley's core categories. Valley's own brand, Wellmist, a line of vitamin sprays, ships through this warehouse daily, which means Valley's supplement handling processes are pressure-tested on products we own before they handle yours. FIFO inventory rotation, lot-level tracking, and active expiration date monitoring are all standard for supplement products, not add-ons. Every consumable supplement SKU is managed on strict FIFO by lot number. Approaching expirations are flagged before they become a problem. Full lot traceability means a recall or quality issue can be scoped to specific orders within minutes.

Yes. Valley is GMP certified through an IAF-accredited registrar. Supplement receiving, storage, and fulfillment processes all operate to GMP standards. This is not a marketing line, but the documented daily practice behind every wellness brand on the roster. Need certification documentation for your own compliance requirements? Ask the Valley team directly.

Yes. Valley works with CBD brands today. CBD products are handled with the same compliance rigor as supplement products, including lot tracking, FIFO rotation, and retailer dropship compliance for brands selling through channels like Chewy.

Yes. Subscription boxes, promotional bundles, gift sets, and multi-piece kits are all handled through Valley's SOP system. Your kit is documented in full before the first one ships, detailing every component, every assembly step, and every presentation standard. Box 1 and box 10,000 are identical. Subscription cycles are managed around your billing dates. Seasonal volume spikes for holidays, back-to-school, or major promotions are absorbed without your standard or timelines being affected. SOP tasks are billed at $0.25 per task per order.

Yes. Custom packaging, branded boxes, poly mailers, inserts, tissue, and specialty materials are sourced and managed in-house by Valley. No separate vendor to coordinate, no shipping samples back and forth. Materials are stocked at the warehouse and used consistently on every order that requires them. Valley's in-house print and packaging capability is one of the services that extends beyond standard fulfillment. It is part of the full growth infrastructure available to every brand on the Valley roster.

Yes, and this is where Valley's process is most proven. Lash Affair, Valley's founding client, has a catalog of over 300 near-identical beauty SKUs. Products that look almost the same but are not interchangeable. Their previous 3PLs produced a 4% error rate. Valley maintained 99.98% accuracy from the start. High-SKU complexity is not a challenge Valley works around. It is the condition Valley was built to handle.

Yes. Fragile product handling for items like glass bottles, delicate packaging, and liquid products is built into your SOP with specific protective packaging requirements. Items that arrive damaged at your customer are a fulfillment failure Valley takes seriously. Oversized and non-standard products are packaged appropriately to your specifications with carrier selection optimized for size and weight. Specific requirements for very large or very heavy products are discussed during onboarding.

LOCATION & SHIPPING

Valley's primary fulfillment facility is at 8957 W. Windsor Drive, Suite 116, Peoria, AZ 85381, located in the northwest Phoenix metro area. Valley also operates overflow capacity in Phoenix for additional volume and seasonal demand. Phone: (480) 863-6325. Schedule a visit and we would be happy to show you around the operation.

Yes. Arizona's central US location delivers competitive ground shipping transit times to both coasts. Most of the US population is reachable in three days or fewer via ground shipping from Valley's Peoria facility. Arizona's lower real estate and labor costs also translate into more competitive fulfillment pricing compared to LA, New York, or Chicago-based operations. This is an additional cost advantage on top of the postage savings from live-rate carrier shopping. For brands with a significant customer concentration in far zones, particularly the Northeast, Valley presents an honest analysis during onboarding so you have a clear picture of zone-based shipping costs before you commit.

Valley's warehouse management system shops live carrier rates on every single order and selects the lowest qualified carrier and service level for that specific shipment. This includes UPS, FedEx, USPS, DHL, and regional carriers depending on the order profile. Valley does not lock all clients into a single negotiated bulk rate. Live-rate shopping means each order is optimized individually. This typically saves brands 10 to 25% on postage compared to standard 3PL bulk rate structures. The carrier that is best for a lightweight 4-oz mailer to California is not the same one that is best for a 3 lb box to New York.

Yes. Valley ships internationally. Carrier selection, customs documentation requirements, and international zone pricing are specific to your destination countries and product types. Speak with your Valley account contact about the details for your specific operation.

Yes. Valley operates its primary fulfillment facility in Peoria, AZ with overflow capacity in Phoenix. Two facilities provide operational redundancy, ensuring your inventory and your orders are never dependent on a single location. The Phoenix overflow facility handles surge capacity during high-volume periods, seasonal spikes, and large inbound receiving events when additional floor space is required.

WHAT MAKES VALLEY DIFFERENT

Several things, but the most meaningful ones: Valley was built by ecommerce founders who still run their own brands through this warehouse. The operation is pressure-tested on real brands daily before it handles yours. Orders are recorded at the pack station. Postage is live-rate shopped on every order rather than locked into bulk rates. And the door is open. Schedule a visit and see the operation for yourself. Valley integrates with TikTok Shop at a level most 3PLs cannot match because Valley's own brands are live on the platform. Beyond fulfillment, Valley provides access to an in-house content studio, media team, print and packaging capabilities, and brand strategy, all under one roof. Most 3PLs ship your product. Valley is built to help you sell more of it.

Unfulfilled is Valley's docuseries, offering a real, unscripted look at running a fulfillment company from the inside. Every decision, every client onboarding, every lesson learned. Available on YouTube at @shipwithvalley. Valley built Unfulfilled because transparency is one of the biggest failures in the 3PL industry. Most warehouses do not want you to see what is happening inside. Valley turned the cameras on because the founders believe the brands that trust them deserve to see exactly what they are trusting. Season 2 is currently airing.

Yes. Every brand that works with Valley has access to an in-house content studio, full media production team, print and packaging sourcing, and brand strategy, all under the same roof as the warehouse. These services are available to Valley clients, not as separate vendor relationships, but as part of the same team that already knows your brand and your products. Content studio time, product photography, short-form video, packaging sourcing, and strategic partnerships are all available. The capabilities were built for Valley's own brands first, and are now available to every brand in the Valley ecosystem.

Yes. The founders have launched multiple brands themselves, so pre-launch and early-stage brands are not treated as second-tier clients waiting to grow into the relationship. Valley partners with brands from a $1,000/month fulfillment spend, and if you are earlier than that but serious about growing, reach out anyway. Seven-day average onboarding means you can be live before your launch date without scrambling. And the operational infrastructure that serves brands at 500 orders a month is the same one that scales with you to 50,000. You do not have to switch 3PLs when you grow. Valley grows with you.
